Brazos Residential acquires a portfolio of 334 Forth Worth units

Brazos Residential acquired two communities totaling 334 units in Benbrook, Texas—Trinity Oaks and Clear Fort Trail. The portfolio purchase marks Brazos’ 12th deal this year, with one of the company’s most recent acquisitions being a 376-unit property in Wilson, North Carolina.

According to Yardi Matrix data, Trinity Oaks comprises 15 buildings with a total of 160 units, ranging from 650 to 1,239 square feet. Completed in 1980, Clear Fork Trail features 168 one- and two-bedroom units, averaging 793 square feet. Both properties include similar common amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, and laundry facilities.

Located at 5608 Royal Lane and 5707 Bellaire Drive South, the two communities are within 0.4 miles of each other near the intersection of Interstate 20, Chisholm Trail Parkway and Southwest Boulevard. There are many restaurants, schools, green spaces, commercial spaces and entertainment venues nearby such as Hullen Shopping Centre, Lake Como Park and Altitude Trampoline Park at Cityview. Cook Children’s Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center, and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital are within a 12-minute drive of the property.
