proactive order

“We have not encountered any challenges in the development process of The Lake project and hope not to do so,” said Jake Marshall, vice president of acquisitions and development for The Breeden Co. Multi-Accommodation News.

“While we still have the permitting process to go through, we are a 60+ year old organization that understands development and therefore we are creating seamless development processes for different municipalities. We are also proactive in ordering the necessary supplies to keep our projects on time and on budget. (It is) something that has allowed us to continue to be successful throughout the recent pandemic.
