The REB Top 50 Agents for Queensland have now been released, revealing the talented agents with the biggest market share in the state.

Hinternoosa Real Estate has announced that Commercial Agent and Principal Kess Prior has made it into the QLD Top 50 Agents rankings for 2022, taking 40th place this year.

The ranking and associated report set the benchmark for estate agents operating in Queensland’s residential retail space. Produced annually, the ranking and associated report are produced by Real Estate Business (REB) in conjunction with Momentum Intelligence.

The top 10 agents averaged 123 sales from 135 listings, an increase from the top 50 average, at an average sale price of $1,716,543, about $500,000 more than the top 50 average .

Collectively, Queensland’s top 50 agents sold $6.28 billion worth of property throughout 2021, with the top 10 agents accounting for $2.11 billion in transactions.

For REB editor Grace Ormsby, the ranking caps off what has been a remarkable year for agents in Queensland.

“It’s been an incredible 12 months for the Queensland property market – and the results in this ranking are proof of that,” Ms Ormsby said.

“The agents named in this year’s ranking have gone above and beyond in their service to clients, as these numbers show. Congratulations to all the real estate professionals who made this ranking. You are in very good company.“
