Real Property Advisors, LLC Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Brokerage Network

GREENSBORO, Ga.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today announced that independent brokerage firm Real Property Advisors, LLC has joined the network as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RPA Realty.

The full-service brokerage stands out for its expertise and customer service in the high-end markets of Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair, and surrounding areas. His work in the sale of new homes, custom homes and semi-custom homes gives him an additional distinction in the market.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices remains one of America’s fastest growing brokerage networks with more than 43,500 agents and 1,325 offices named to the brand since its launch in 2013. The brand has just been recognized for the “ Highest Overall Satisfaction for Repeat Home Sellers Among National Full-Service Real Estate Companies” in JD Power’s 2017 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study.

“We want to grow our brokerage business and have determined that the best way to achieve that goal is to align ourselves with a premium brand,” brokerage owner James Reynolds said. “We chose Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for its broad market appeal, particularly among consumers buying and selling properties around the lakes and surrounding areas.”

Chief Broker Peter Field said, “Our new brand is named after Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc., one of the most trusted and respected companies in the world. We believe that consumers and real estate agents will appreciate the brand’s marketing potential and use it to their advantage.

Field said the brokerage will expand into areas of central Georgia surrounding its Greensboro headquarters. RPA Realty intends to significantly increase its number of agents over the next three years. “We’re looking for high-level agents with a specific set of skills and values,” Field explained. “They must operate with integrity, provide exceptional service, and enjoy helping people achieve their real estate dreams.”

With their transition, RPA Realty sales professionals gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ global network platform, a powerful suite of tools focused on lead generation, marketing support, social media, production/ video distribution and more. The brand also provides national and international marketing support, professional training and the exclusive Luxury Collection for high-end advertisements.

“As an independent brokerage, we couldn’t grow these resources organically,” Reynolds said. “Our agents are now equipped with state-of-the-art tools that will help them be even more effective and efficient for their clients.”

Gino Blefari, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, applauded RPA Realty’s transition. “James, Peter and the team have a great business that is poised for growth,” he said. “We look forward to supporting them every step of the way.”

RPA Realty will commemorate its brand transition on November 2 with an open house reception at its Greensboro headquarters, 1031 Village Park Drive, Suite 101, from 5-7 p.m. The event is open to the public.

The brokerage’s new Cabernet and Cream brands are now hitting the market.
