Realtors Form New Century 21 Franchise in Brunswick County

Three real estate industry professionals recently formed a new Brunswick County-focused real estate franchise.

Agent Lindsey Jenkins (photo below, from left)Lisa Myers and Stephen Votino are the owners of Century 21 Collective, opening an Oak Island office on July 15 at 8903 E. Oak Island Drive, Suite 2, according to a press release.

Votino, who is also one of the owners of Century 21 Triangle Group and Century 21 Providence in Charlotte, said in the release, “We will provide residential and commercial sales and rental services with a team of brokers with decades of experience. combined experience on the NC coast.

He said the opportunity to partner with Jenkins and Myers “was something I couldn’t pass up”.

Jenkins said in the release that growing Century 21 in Brunswick County “has been a goal of mine since I started selling real estate in 2017.”

Caryn Walsh (right picture) is the broker in charge of the franchise. She has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including as a real estate paralegal and as a substitute real estate licensing teacher, the statement said.

Walsh was born and raised in Brunswick County and graduated from North Brunswick High School, according to the release.

She said in the statement, “For me, Century 21 Collective is simply coming home.”
